I really appreciate the highlights of which muscle is be stretched. The ability to vary the length of the stretch is also amazing. I also really enjoy the preprogrammed stretches based on which activity you're doing. The stretches I do before a run are not the same as the ones I do after. Also, it would be nice if there was a heads up as to which stretch is coming down with a small countdown. I hate having to stare at my phone at the gym because I don't know what's coming next.
